This Privacy Policy explains how Vemoveo LLC (“Vemoveo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit the Cifrino landing page available at cifrino.app and submit an early access request.
Cifrino is a wellbeing assistant. The landing page is intended to introduce the product, allow visitors to request early access, and provide an optional on-page self-assessment experience.
This Privacy Policy is written for the current landing page only. It does not yet cover a full user account, mobile app account, paid subscription, or in-app product experience. Those services may require a separate or updated privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only limited information through the Cifrino landing page.
2.1 Early Access Request
When you submit an early access request, we may collect:
- your email address;
- the optional message or comment you choose to provide.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, Telegram username, country, city, income, expenses, debts, credit information, account balances, or other detailed personal or financial information through the landing page.
2.2 On-page Self-assessment
The landing page may include an optional self-assessment or quiz. The self-assessment is designed to show you an immediate result on the website.
We do not save, send, or store your self-assessment answers. The result is generated locally on the page and is not linked to your email address.
2.3 Analytics and Cookies
If you consent through the cookie banner, we may use analytics tools, including:
- Google Analytics 4;
- Yandex Metrica.
These tools may collect technical and usage information, such as:
- pages viewed;
- approximate interaction events;
- device and browser information;
- approximate location derived from technical data;
- cookie identifiers or similar technical identifiers;
- date and time of the visit;
- referring page or campaign information.
We do not use analytics tools to collect the answers to the self-assessment quiz. We do not use analytics tools to collect detailed financial information.
Analytics tools are loaded only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
We do not use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, X/Twitter Pixel, Reddit Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or similar advertising pixels on the current landing page.
We do not use Yandex Session Replay / Webvisor on the current landing page.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use the information collected through the landing page for the following purposes:
- to receive and process early access requests;
- to contact you about early access to Cifrino;
- to respond to your message, if you choose to include one;
- to operate and improve the landing page;
- to understand general website performance and visitor behavior, if you have consented to analytics cookies;
- to protect the landing page from abuse or technical issues;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your email address for newsletters or marketing campaigns unless we separately ask for and receive your consent.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on your location, the legal basis for processing may include:
- your consent, when you submit an early access request or accept analytics cookies;
- our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the landing page;

5. How Early Access Requests Are Processed
When you submit an early access request, the form sends your request to hello@cifrino.app.
For this process, we use:
- Resend as the email delivery provider;
- Zoho as the email mailbox/provider used to receive and manage incoming requests.
The landing page is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Firebase Hosting is used to serve the website and is not used as a database for early access requests.
We do not store early access requests in Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, a CRM, Firebase database, or any other external spreadsheet or database as part of the current landing page setup.
6. Third-party Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate the landing page and process requests, including:
- Firebase Hosting, for website hosting;
- Resend, for email delivery;
- Zoho, for email mailbox services;
- Google Analytics 4, for website analytics after cookie consent;
- Yandex Metrica, for website analytics after cookie consent.
These providers may process information on our behalf or according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
We do not give contractors or external team members access to early access requests under the current setup.
7. International Data Transfers
Vemoveo LLC is registered in the United States, and some of our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries.
By submitting an early access request or accepting analytics cookies, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, depending on the infrastructure used by our service providers.
We take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and limit the information we collect.
8. Data Retention
We keep early access requests for up to 1 year from the date of submission, unless:
- you request deletion earlier;
- we need to keep limited information for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes;
- a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Self-assessment answers are not stored.
Analytics data retention depends on the settings and policies of the analytics providers we use.

The Cifrino landing page is not intended for children under 13.
The Cifrino product and landing page are not intended for users under 18.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal information we process.
However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The landing page uses a cookie banner.
Analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica, are loaded only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
You may decline analytics cookies. If you decline, the landing page should remain available, but we will not use optional analytics tools for your visit.
You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
13. No Automated Decision-making
We do not use your early access request data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
The self-assessment result on the landing page is informational only and is not saved, sent, or used to make decisions about you.
